| Q: | Can anyone surfing the web see my information? |

No, the information is protected by
a firewall, and each student has a unique username and password. |
| Q: | What do I do if I have forgotten my login or password? |
| A: |
All teachers
have access to view and report on student's login and password for
the grading system. Please contact one of your teachers. |
| Q: | I use AOL as my internet provider, but the program will not open, what should I do? |
| A: |
1. Connect to the
internet using your AOL connection.
2. Once you are
connected, minimize your AOL window.
3. Open up Internet
Explorer or Netscape in a different window.
4. Connect to
http://students.district87.org through the new window.

| Q: | I am an 8th grade student enrolled in a class that also receives credit at BHS (foreign language or Algebra), but I can only see that class in the grade display, what happened to the other classes? |
| A: | The school whose grades are displayed is listed at the top of the screen. In this case, it is set to BHS. Change the drop down selection for the school to BJHS and all other classes will appear. |
| Q: | Can I change my password or login for this website? |
| A: | No. |
| Q: | Can I change my email address that is in the system? |
| A: | No. |
