The BHS students are back, safe and sound! (11-14-11)

Parents!  I just got off the phone with reporters from WMBD, our local CBS station

--they're covering our trip on tonight's news!

They weren't sure which time it would air, but they have the story and a bunch of our pictures.  Be sure to watch!

The trip is going very well and the weather is great!

Almost 70 degrees today and sunny skies.  Cooler tomorrow, but no rain in the forecast.

Kids are tired but doing well.

We have arrived safely in New York and are on a ferry visiting Liberty Island and Ellis Island. The kids are so excited to be here!  Their enthusiasm of our arrival was very overwhelming and rewarding. We are thankful to District 87 for supporting the BHS music department and allowing our students this opportunity!! (11-9-11)
