Please refer to the Student/Parent Handbook for the school’s statement concerning non-discrimination. These Policies refer to both the rights of teachers as employees and the rights of students. Supervision by teachers should include monitoring their classroom environment regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, and intimidating environment. Any such behavior by students should be addressed by the teacher’s classroom discipline plan. Cases where a teacher believes a student is engaged in sexual harassment should be referred to the administration. |
