Teachers and activity fund sponsors may claim reimbursement for expenses from activity accounts by completing a reimbursement form available from the bookkeeper. Receipts must be attached in order to be reimbursed. Illinois sales tax is not reimbursable. Please use the tax-exempt form in the Appendix to this guide. Receipts for expenses must be submitted as soon as they are available.
ALLOW THREE BUSINESS DAYS WHEN SUBMITTING REQUESTS FOR CHECKS FROM THE BOOKKEEPER.
