Students are not allowed to use or display Mp3 players, radios, tape players, CD players, earphones, or similar devices during the school day, including lunch hours. Such items are subject to confiscation initially to the end of the day, and subsequently, the parent must reclaim the item.  The District assumes no liability or responsibility for such items if they are lost, stolen or damaged while confiscated.
