Here are the pictures and videos from Junior Alex Burge's participation
the State 2A golf finals held
October 16 and 17th at the Weibring Golf Course at Illinois State University.
The weather conditions
were ugly the first day and just a little bit better the 2nd day. Alex
finished two shots behind the eventual
winner Logan Stauffer from U-High. Alex almost fought his way back after being
in 16th place after the first day. He was four shots behind with four to
play when he made an exciting Eagle 2 on hole # 15.
(see the putt) Congrats to Alex Burge and thanks to all of those people who
came out to root Alex on to his 3rd Place Finish!
