2006 SEASON - Nick had a great sophomore campaign with the JV before being called up to the varsity late in the season.  Provided avery reliable bat to the middle of the order and also played very solid at shortstop.

2007 SEASON - Nick came on to the varsity scene with a bang in 2007.  Bowles hit. 420 and knocked in 25 RBI while playing great defensively at both second and short.  Nick's play earned him an honorable mention selection on the 2007 ALL BIG 12 squad.  Bowles was also the starting second baseman for the NABF Bloomington GOLD which won the Fort Wayne, Indiana, Midwest Regional Championship and advanced to the WORLD SERIES in Jackson, Mississippi.

2008 SEASON OUTLOOK - Bowles is no longer a secret to the BIG 12 and looks to prove that in 2008.  A tenacious competitor, "Flash" again looks to be the table setter for the Purple offensive attack and to provide great leather up the middle.  Nick is blessed with great range and can really swing it.  Bowles has signed with Clark College to play baseball.
