2010 Season - Kent enjoyed a stellar year for the Raider Freshmen team in '10.  Kent was a top defensive player, number one pitcher, and had a very successful year at the plate.  Kent was also a member of the BNBA 15 GOLD travel team this summer.  Kent went through the spring high school and summer season's without striking out at the plate.

2011 Season - Kent came onto the varsity scene in 2011 and played a major role in leading the Raiders to 24 wins and a spot in the 3A Sectional Championship.  Kent hit .369, pounding out 45 hits with 2 HR and 30 RBI.  Frantz slugged 10 doubles, scored 39 runs, and swiped 11 bases.  Kent's biggest impact came on the mound where he led the Raiders in wins (7), innings pitched (74.1) and strike-outs (61).  Kent picked up a big regional win versus rival University High and also drew the starting assignment versus defending state champion Chatham Glenwood in the Sectional Championship.  Kent finished second in Big 12 Pitcher of the Year votes.  He was names honorable mention All BIG 12.  He was also selected to participate in the Crossroads Showcase targeting the top underclassmen in the state.

2011 Summer - Kent played for the Bloomington 16 GOLD.  Kent helped lead the GOLD to a runner up finish in the NABK World Series in Michigan.  Kent was selected to the All Tournament team.

2012 Season Outlook - The Raiders are looking for big things once again from the very talented junior.  Kent will again be counted on to eat big innings on the bump and provide a dangerous bat to the purple offensive scheme.  Kent will also play a key defensive role as one of the Raiders top infielders and outfielders.  Frantz looks to establish himself as one of the all time Raider greats.
