2010 - JT came on the varsity scene as a freshmen after a very successful career for the Bloomington Knights Junior High program.  Jaden made 12 starts for the varsity in his freshmen campaign hitting .233 in limited action.

2011 Season - Thompson had a very successful sophomore campaign for the Raiders in 2011.  Jayden hit .333 with 2 HR and 16 RBI.  He had 30 base hits and scored 28 runs.  JT also went 5-0 on the mound with a 2.62 ERA in helping lead the Purple Raiders to another Regional Championship.  Thompson played  both shortstop and the outfield in '11.

2011 Summer - JT was a member of the Bloomington GOLD 16U that was a runner-up finisher in the NABF World Series played in Michigan.

2012 Season Outlook - The Raiders are excited to see the continued development of the talented junior.  Thompson enters his third year at the varsity level with the potential to be one of the best all around players in the BIG 12.  Jayden will again play middle infield and some outfield and also looks to move into the Raider rotation on the bump.  Jayden has Division 1 ability.  If he continues to work hard and stays focused the sky is the limit for this kid.  He provides a proven and reliable bat in the heart of the BHS attack and is a very special player defensively.  JT is also the starting quarterback for the BHS football team.
