Entry Process

Teams:

All teams are required to use the online entry process via this link.   TEAM ONLINE REGISTRATION.  Each team will be setup with a unique password and user ID.  This will permit a very efficient registration process that is easy to use.  Please enter your entire roster on the website.  This permits for easier changes later.  Teams will have until 9pm, Wednesday April 15, 2009 to complete registration.  All entries must be completed by, Wednesday, April 15 as the website will not allow any entries after 9:00 pm.

Immediately after registering online, teams are asked to print a receipt from the website, which will produce a list of all athletes registered for the meet.  This will serve as your proof of whom you registered for the meet. 

 Entry Fee:      $110.00  

Timing

F.A.T. provided by Adkinstrak Timing.  This will allow for the top 8 times to become finalists no matter place in heat.  Please advise your athletes of this advancement process.

 

Check-In Requirements

A packet will be provided for each team consisting of team roster and events entered.  A team representative will be responsible for picking up the packets.  Packets can be picked up in the press box at the track. 

 

Scratches

There will be a scratch meeting at 3:30PM.  All head coaches are requested to be present.  In an attempt to make the meet flow efficiently, we ask that you identify your scratches as soon as you arrive.  You will not be allowed to add athletes, only scratches at this time.  No changes are allowed after the scratch meeting.

 

Awards

In individual events and relay events, awards will be presented for participants who finish 1st-8th place.  There will also be trophies for the top three teams based on points scored.

 

Facility

The track at Bloomington High School has an all-weather surface and 8-lanes. Only ¼” or smaller pyramid spikes are allowed.  No radios, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.  Smoking is not permitted in the stadium.

Refreshments

A Full Service Concession Stand will be provided. 

Equipment

Starting blocks will be provided.  Throwers must use their own implements. .

 

Admission

A charge of $3.00/Adults and $1.00/Students will be assessed for everyone not competing in the meet.

Runway will be open for warm ups at 3:30

4 Jumps; No Finals

*Only Jumps of 14’0” and beyond will be measured

 

Triple Jump

Runway will be open for warm ups at 6:00

4 Jumps; No Finals

*Only Jumps of 30’0” and beyond will be measured

 

* We will measure the first legal jump and only those surpassing standard thereafter.  Goal is to move meet along NOT discourage athlete.
