Meet Volunteer Form

Volunteers are needed to help work our two home track meets.  Your assistance will not only afford coaches the opportunity to spend more time coaching athletes but also assist to raise funds for the Girls Track Program.  The more parents we have participating, the easier it is to rotate and give everyone the opportunity to see their athlete compete.

Concessions - General Concession responsibilities
High Jump - Help with bar/standards/measure 
Long Jump/Triple Jump - Help rake pit/measure throws.
Pole Vault - Help with bar/standards/measure
Shot Put/Discus - Help field implements and measure throws.
Meet Clerk - Organizing athletes into heats

Starting Blocks - Move starting blocks to start of sprint race

Post Results - Post Meet Results on concession wall

Video  - Video Tape Running/Field Events

Photography - Team Picture, action photos, various staff & athlete photos

Statistics - Record meet results and splits

Awards - Pass out awards to athletes - Compile in Team Packet
