Coaching philosophies: Individuals should train to become the best that they can be and then mold together to become the best team they can be. Individual improvement will always be a key but learning how to help others, while helping yourself, will stressed. Athletes will always be encouraged to swim all four strokes and all possible events that a high school athlete can perform. Staying positive, through individual improvement as well as team improvement, will be encouraged in all aspects of the high school career. Academics will also be stressed and checking on grades will be done once a week. Their overall high school career, as a student/athlete, should be a successful growing period. When they leave I want them to know that they have done the best they could do to become a better person as well as a better athlete.
