Principal’s Message
Welcome to Bloomington High School – Home of the
Purple Raiders!
We are very pleased that you have taken the time to
visit the Bloomington High School website.
This new and improved website will hopefully be more
user-friendly and provide the necessary information to answer all of
your questions.
At BHS, we are dedicated to building positive
relationships with our students and families.
WE embrace the idea that “if there is a significant relationship,
learning will occur.” With
that in mind, our faculty and staff are dedicated to building
relationships with ALL of
our students.
Our curriculum, course offerings, co- and
extra-curricular activities are second to none.
At BHS, our students are given a chance to not only get involved
in our school, but be challenged academically.
We offer over 26 Honors and Advanced Placement courses, as well
as a full complement of college prep courses.
Our students can also choose from well over 50 activities, clubs
and athletic teams.
We are very proud of our school and all that we have
to offer. As always, if you
