Prerequisites: Geometry and Department Permission
This is a rigorous second course in algebra with an introduction to trigonometry. It covers the material in the regular Algebra II & Trig course faster and in greater depth. It includes additional topics such as sequences and series, determinants, and polar coordinates. Students should allow extra study time in their schedules for this course. Technology: Graphing calculators are recommended for this course, but each student should have at least a scientific calculator.
