Do you need to prepare for the ACT's?

Sylvan & Better Test Scores both offer help.  Check out their information below.

Sylvan ACT Prep Seminar:
The next seminar is scheduled to begin the first week of February, 2012 to prepare for the April ACT.
Registration deadline is January 20th.  This program includes two practice tests, two student workbooks, and 24 hours of classes over an 11 week period.  Students are taught how to apply specific strategies for each type of question on the test, effective answer strategies, process of elimination, and timing strategies.  Classes are conducted in an interactive, small-group environment.  Instructors work with each student on a personalized basis to focus on individual needs.
SylvanTestPrep.com:
provides a 12-month subscription with 24/7 access. This online course with video instruction includes three practice tests.  Test results identify strengths and weaknesses to enable students to focus on their needs in each category.  Once the skill is viewed, every question pertaining to this skill can be viewed for specific instruction relating to that question.  This program also includes a vocabulary-building component which categorizes words into four groups:  words one should know for success in high school, words for success in college, words most often encountered when reading, and resource words.
To get more information, or to register for either of these programs,
call the local Bloomington Sylvan at (309) 662-8537.
