Students will be signing up for one hour session for a 3 week period.

Summer Driver Education Classroom
Dates have been set for 2 sessions.
Cost is $200 and must be turned in with this form by the deadline to be enrolled. Fees will be adjusted for students that qualify for free and reduced lunch. Fee includes behind the wheel instruction.
Students must be 15 years of age to take classroom instruction and must have received a passing grade in at least 8 courses during the previous semester.
Attendance is mandatory, and you will be dropped if you miss more than two days.
A confirmation letter will be sent home once this form and payment are turned in.
Forms can be turned in to Mrs. Lee or Coach Codron in the Driver Education Office, N182.
There is an additional fee of $20 that is payable to the Secretary of State for the instruction permit.
Deadline for forms turned in will be May 14th.
Please select a session that works best for you. The classroom runs on a Monday through Thursday schedule. You will be placed in Group #1 or #2 based on upon a first come first serve bases.
