Band class is unlike any other – it requires not only a great deal of individual effort, but also the effort from the “team.” Throughout your band experiences, I hope that you learn the fundamentals of music and playing your own instrument, but also the cooperation and joy that can be derived from making music with others. Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about 7^th grade band. This is our band, not just yours or mine, and it will be most successful when we all work together! Welcome back! We will again be using the Accent on Achievement Book 2 for 7^th grade. Please find your book from last year or obtain a new one by Friday, September 3!
