BJHS C3 Book Club

 What is this all about?
The BJHS C3 Book Club stands for the Classic Caudill Club, because we will be reading and reviewing the 12 nominated books for the Rebecca Caudill
 Award
(members must read at least 3 to be eligible to vote). But wait - there's more. Club members will also read and review at least 3 books from  different genres, and the group will read and discuss 3 novels, beginning with the classic The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien.
 Who can join?
Any student or faculty or staff member of Bloomington Junior High School may join the club. Club members must be willing to try new books - keep an
open mind - and enjoy sharing books and authors they like with others.
 When?
We will meet one day per month after school from 3:00 to 4:00. Interested club members will fill out a survey the first week to provide input as to
their likes and dislikes (about books) and what day works best for their schedule.
 Where?
The BJHS media center and library, of course!
 What?

This is a tentative schedule (it may change as we go along) of what we'll do each month:

November 19th - Post and share a favorite book, discuss The Hobbit, learn and join Shelfari as a group, receive the Rebecca Caudill nominated book
Someone Named Eva.
December - Help with the BJHS Book Fair during school December 1st through 4th - and also meet sometime during the week of December 14 - 18.
