Review:

The main charecter is Luffy.

The setting is a town that was taken over by pirates. Luffy wants
to become the king of pirates so he searches for the one piece which 
is the treasure the pirate king left behind. Whoever finds it gets 
to be king of the pirates. On accident, he ate a fruit that gave 
him stretching abilities.

Now he is fighting Buggy the Clown, a guy who ate a chop chop fruit 
that lets him take apart his body parts and reconect them together.

They're fighting to save the town as Buggy the Clown and his crew 
are the invaders. Luffy's crewmate Zolo.  He's attacking Buggy to 
see if Nami, a girl navigator, would join his crew. He wins the 
fight and she joins the crew.
