Artemis is a twelve-year-old master mind of a criminal
organization. He discovers the fairies who live underground.
He catches a fairy named Holly. He lives in a castle. The
fairies sages his house.  They call in a bio-bomb and Artemis
survives and gets a pot of gold.

Main character: Artemis Fowl
Setting: The fairy city of Haven and Fowl Manor, in present time.
Interesting incident: Artemis steals a fairy book and compares its 
language to hieroglyphics.  When he finally figures out the fairy 
language, he uses the book to capture a real fairy!  He holds the 
fairy hostage in his basement, but he may have met his match in LEP 
(Lower Elements Police) Recon Officer Holly Short!
Who would enjoy this book?  Everyone!!  I think this book is a mixture of fantasy and science fiction.  It’s so interesting to see Artemis, who is a child prodigy, make such perfect plans.  Its fun to try to predict what will happen.
