Gianna is the main character in this book. The story is located in a lot of different cities and states. In this book you learn a lot about saline abortions. A saline abortion is when you get a liquid injected inside of you and the baby inhales it. The saline suffocates the baby. A woman had a saline abortion and her kid survived it. Her name was Gianna. The saline abortion liquid caused Gianna to have Cerebal Palsy. I learned what cerebral palsy is. This book tells you and teaches you how important abortions are. I am against abortions. People who are against abortions would love this book. This book is really good. Its also kind of sad, but it's worth reading.
