Review:

The main character in this story is named Cosmo Hill. 
He takes action in this city called the  Bigpig in the future.
Cosmo fights these parasites that suck the energy out of humans. 

  An interesting incident was when The Bartolibaby, Ditto, was 
helping one of the parasites and his team, the super naturalists, 
caught him. Stefan, the leader, caught him and he went crazy. 
Ditto had an explanation of why he was helping them. I am not going 
to tell you why he was helping the parasites. Find out for yourself.
