District 87: Bloomington Public Schools School Food & Nutrition Services

Welcome to the District 87 Department of School Nutrition Services!

Our mission is to provide safe, nutritious, and appetizing meals at a fair price to promote growth and development of every student in District 87.

The department of School Nutrition Services employs over 70 well trained staff members including a dietitian, cafeteria managers, food service workers, support staff, and drivers all working together to serve over 1,000 breakfasts and 4,000 lunches each day!

Free and reduce priced meals are provided for qualifying students under the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.

The purpose of this website is to equip students, parents and/or guardians, teachers and staff, as well as other community members with the tools necessary for obtaining the most nutrition for the best price. We encourage you to thoroughly explore this site and its nutrition-related links.
