To change your Federal tax withholding, print & complete this form->Federal Form W-4 (PDF) Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate

 

To change your State tax withholding, contact us for an IL W-4 form.

 

Questions about how you are currently withholding?  ask here  (This information is also printed on your paycheck/direct deposit stub, about 2/3 the way down on the left side, under YTD GROSS and FISCAL GROSS.)
