STEVENSON SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT

 

 

Adlai E. Stevenson II Elementary School is a progressive K-5 elementary school working to build a community of lifelong learners.  The emphasis of our educational program includes:

 

·       valuing diversity and nurturing each student to reach their full potential

·       expecting higher levels for performance in communication, problem solving, creativity and healthy living

·       applying and assessing learning standards appropriately

·       incorporating technology to support learning in an ever-changing world

·       learning from experiences and celebrating successes

·       strengthening partnerships among the school, the parents and the community
