Send requests for public records under FOIA, in writing to David Wood at 300 East Monroe Bloomington, IL 61701 or e-mail at woodd@district87.org. There will be no charge for the first 50 pages of black and white documents. Thereafter, each additional page costs 15 cents. The cost to certify a copy is $1.00. Actual costs will be charged for color or electronic copies.
