Security Information
- Once children have arrived at school, Raymond School's security system will be activated. Although doors are locked, there are buzzers and speakers at the northwest door and southeast door. Simply push the button and the office will respond.
- Please do not be offended if we do not automatically let you in. Someone from the office may come to the door if we are unfamiliar with your voice or name. This is for the protection of our children.
- After entering the building, please report to the office and sign the register. If you will be staying in the building, District #87 procedures require that you wear a Visitor
nametag. This is also for the protection of students.
- Children will be released to parents or guardians only unless we are directed otherwise. If your child has a legal order of protection, an original document must be shown to the school principal and a copy will be kept in his or her file.
- For the safety of our students, all visitors during the school day must enter the school through the front southwest door, near the office.
