"Under the appointment the Board reserves a right to discharge the Teacher at any time when in their judgement the good of the school requires it. If the Teacher resigns during the term of contract, except at the option of the Board, such resignation shall work a forfeiture of two weeks' salary.
The person so elected by the acceptance of this appointment agrees to teach the entire year for which elected; and should such teacher know or have reason to believe that marriage or any other circumstance will prevent teaching through the year, this election should be at once declined."'
