P.C. Kurtz was appointed Principal of Bloomington High School in 1941. He began his career at BHS as a teacher and also served as an Assistant Principal. He resigned in 1917 to serve in the U.S. Army during World War I. Kurtz was a graduate of Bloomington Public Schools.
