Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! I graduated from Bradley University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in both special education and elementary education and just started my Master's Degree Program in Reading at Illinois State University this Fall. This is my third year teaching at Oakland, and I absolutely love the students and staff here! I look forward to a fabulous school year!

Quarterly Reports: Parents/guardians will be sent an update on their student’s IEP goals every quarter. The first quarterly report will be sent individually; however, all others will be sent with the report cards. |
Please remember to: - have your student go through his/her backpack each night with you - go over your student's assignment notebook with him/her each evening - sign your student's assignment notebook once his/her assignments have been completed - Remind your student to read for 30 minutes each night! |
