Free Parent Brochures Available from America’s Career Resource Network America's Career Resource Network has developed 12 parent brochures to help parents assist their children with career development. The organization has identified four key topic areas for parent involvement and as a result has developed three informational brochures under each topic. Available for download online, the brochures include such topic areas as career exploration, career awareness in elementary school, discovering the world of work and finding the right college. Students and their families have an opportunity to explore careers as well as complete a questionnaire that provides feedback on careers that might be well-suited to them by accessing Career Cruising.  A username and school password are required in order to access these features.  This information is available on parent information sheets in Student Services.  Many BJHS English teachers also have this information.
