1. Being on this team is a privilege not a right. 2. All school rules apply at practice as well as all meets. 3.
Academic eligibility: passing ALL classes with a 60% or
higher. If an athlete is ineligible for 3 weeks total, they will be
dismissed from the team. 4. If present at school student athlete must be at practice and
meets. 5. 3 unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the team.
Bring parents note to clear unexcused absence. 6.
3 instances of waiting after 5:00 may result in dismissal from
the team. Practice dismisses at 4:45 please make arrangement for
transportation. 7.
If student athlete does not dress for P.E. Will not be allowed to
practice. 8.
All athletes are required to ride home on the bus from away
meets, but if a parent wants to take an athlete from an away meet they
must have a letter signed by parents and an administrator. 9.
If you miss the bus you miss the meet.
10. If a
student-athlete becomes suspended. 1st offense: meeting with coach and disciplinary
action. 2nd offense: meeting with coach, parent and
administrator, and will most likely be dismissed from the team. 11.
If an athlete is on the team they are expected to be at all
practices and meets. This team is priority,
if athlete participates on any other non-school supported team, the
parents and athlete must notify the coaching staff.
And furthermore, if an athlete is selected or qualifies for the
state series and does not participate in the state series, they will not
be recognized as successfully completing the season.
