Designing business forms
When designing business forms, it is important that the form looks like it belongs with the company. It needs to contain the compay logo, use the same color scheme and type. It needs to be part of the uniform look of the compary. Most forms are created today using Microsoft Excel. I don't know excel very well, so I can't help you if you choose to use it. Use Illustrator to do this assignment.
