1. Draw an 8 inch circle
2. Double click on the scale tool and type in 75% click copy

3. Use the pen tool to draw a straight line from the center to the second largest circle
4. Option click on the center of the circle and rotate the line around the circle at 18 degrees
5. Use the scissor tool to cut off the lines on the inside of the larger bullseye. Delete the inside lines.
6. Duplicate the layer and lock the top layer
7. On the bottom layer use live paint tool to paint the areas like a dart board. Google a dartboard to see what it looks like
8. Lock the bottom layer and unlock the top
9. Draw a short black line
   • on the stroke palette make the ends round and 3 points thick
   • on the appearance palette pull down the pop up menu and go to add a stroke
   • Make the new stroke 2 points wide and 10% gray
10. Open the graphic styles palette and drag the line into it. It should create a new graphic style
11. You can now delete the short line
12. Select the wire shape on the top layer and apply the new graphic style
13. Make numbers. Apply the same graphic style
