Welcome to Mrs. Davis's Third Grade!
About Mrs. Davis: Reminders: Links:

Eden Davis grew up in Jefferson City, Missouri.  She graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia (GO TIGERS!) and began teaching in Shawnee Mission, Kansas as a special education teacher.  Later, she also taught 6th grade and 3rd grade in Raytown School District.

Mrs. Davis and her husband, Larry, lived in Kansas City, Missouri for ten years before moving to Illinois.  They have two children:  a son, Drew (26), and a daughter, Abby (22).

Mrs. Davis took a few years off from teaching to raise her family.  During that time, her family moved to Bloomington.  She returned to teaching first as a substitute, then as the SIP teacher at Oakland.  For a few years, she also worked at Oakland as the Reading Intervention teacher.  In 2004 Mrs. Davis took a classroom position as a third grade teacher.

Mark your calendars!  Our Portfolio Picnic will be held on May 29th.  Students will share progress with parents over lunch.  Students and parents need a sack lunch and a blanket to sit on.

Click here to complete Science Online.  Students have a label in the back cover of their assignment books with Username and Password.

Students are expected to read 30 minutes per day outside of school.  Remember to record outside reading on your monthly reading calendar.

Students should correct unsatisfactory work and resubmit for a grade change.  Work to be corrected is sent home on Monday of each week.  It is due by the following Monday.
