Birthdays

    Yes, the children can bring a treat to school for their birthday.  I ask that you try to keep it simple.  We usually celebrate birthdays at the very end of the day.  Keeping it simple means bring an easy treat to serve and eat.  I will not take time to cut a cake or cut a large cookie.  If you feel inclined to send a drink, please send a juice box or juice bag.  Please do not send a gallon of juice and cups.  Again, I ask that you keep it simple.

    Sorry, but the children are not allowed to hand out birthday invitations at school.  Please refer to the purple handbook you child received the very first day of school.
