Your child
will have homework each week in 1st Grade.
I expect that you will do the following things to help your child learn
responsibility for this homework.
Your child will need the following things:

quiet place to do the homework

A
set time to do the homework
·
Pencils
·
Glue
·
Markers
·
Scissors
·
Crayons
Homework will be sent home in a purple folder each Tuesday
(unless no school). It is due
back in the same folder by 9:00 am that Thursday.
(No exception will be made)
Homework should be returned completed according to the
directions. All pages should be colored
neatly. If it says “cut and glue” it
must be glued and not taped.
Homework must be completed by your child, not the parent.
Once your child has finished the homework, please check for completeness
and then sign off on the homework log.
Any student who does not return their homework on time will
miss Friday Fun and recess.
