Hi! My name is Mr. Mattson. I am an ESL teacher at Oakland School. I work with English language learners in grades 1, 3 through 5, and I'm very excited to begin my fourth year at Oakland!

I received my ESL teaching license from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and before moving to Illinois, had taught 7 years experience in Minnesota. I completed my Master's Degree in ESL, also at Hamline University.
