District 87 Wellness Task Force has developed a survey to gather baseline information about health habits for the District 87 community of faculty, staff, students and parents.  We hope to use this information as part of a needs assessment to determine how we can best provide for the needs of our community. Take the Survey click here	Vision and hearing screenings will be conducted, at intervals mandated by the State of Illinois, for all students in special education,  referred by an educator, new and transfer students. Screenings are ongoing throughout the year. Vision screening is not a substitute for a complete eye and vision evaluation by an eye doctor.
