| The following dates are required for all Orchestra Students: |

| September 9 | BHS Open House, 6:15-7:00 pm |
| October 12 | Rehearsal: Strings/Choir, 2:30-3:15 pm |
| October 13 | String Orchestra and Choirs Concert, 7:30 pm |
| December 9 | Orchestra/Band Holiday Concert, 7:30 pm |
| February 23 | Orchestra Winter Concert with BJHS 8th grade Strings, 7:30 pm |
| April ? | Tour to Grade Schools |
| May 10 | String Extravaganza, 7:30 pm |
| The following dates are for Selected Orchestra Students: |

| October 11 | District 3 Auditions, BHS |
| November 20 | District Festival, Illinois State University, all day |
| January 27-29 | IMEA All State Conference, Peoria |
| March 5 | Solo and Ensemble Contest, all day |
