I graduated
from Michigan State University in 1994 and began teaching for
District 87 in 1995. I have taught fifth grade
at
Oakland
Elementary School for the past 14 years.
I started out as a Feast trainer three years ago. I have used a variety of
technology tools in my teaching: Microsoft's Word, PowerPoint, MovieMaker, Photostory, SMARTBoards, green screens,
Unitedstreaming, Reading Counts!/Scholastic Reading Inventory, and F.T.C.
Publishing Software. I want you to have a
productive week learning new technologies!
The highlight of the past 14 years has been marrying
Amy Oberts.
My only regret, however, is not investing in Starbucks'
stock before we got married. We recently moved to
a new home and enjoy playing with our two beagles, named Mocha
and Gingersnap.
Have a great week...and don't hesitate to ask
questions! |
