Objectives: Objectives:
- Use differential equations when looking at proportional rates of
change (y ‘ = ky, y(0) = b), where k and b are given constants.
- The
function  is
a solution to the differential equation y ‘ = ky with initial
condition y(0) = b. (k is the proportionality constant and b is the
y-intercept)
