FYI: You might want to start Reviewing for Final Exams now…..Begin by starting Cumulative Review Problems -
pages 291 – 293 # 1-6, 8, 9, 10(a, b, c, g), 11 – 15, 17 – 19

POSTULATES
  • Parallel Postulate

THEOREMS
  • Write out theorems 30 – 44.  Prove Them!!

  • Write out the properties of the quadrilaterals

  • Write out the ways to prove that quadrilaterals are parallelograms, rectangles, rhombuses, squares, kites, and that trapezoids are isosceles.

CONSTRUCTIONS
  •  You should also be able to do compass and straightedge constructions of parallel lines.  You should also be able to construct any quadrilateral given any of the properties found in sections 5.6 and 5.7 on geometer’s sketchpad and with compass and straightedge.
