BIAS

* Data was not collected from every single student in every single class being examined.

*Not every regular math class was surveyed.  Students enrolled in regular classes taught by Mr. Dederich, Mr. Cowdery, and Mr. Rose did not complete the surveys.

* Students could have conversed while filling out the surveys.  The opinions of the other students in the class could have influenced how certain people answered the questions.

* Students could have lied on their surveys.

* Students could have misunderstood or misinterpreted the music choices offered on the survey.  They might have marked one music group when they really should have marked another.

* Types of music were put in a random/alphabetical order on the surveys, but the order in which the categories were presented could have influenced their decision.
