You have reached the web site of Mrs. Carla Russell, the LD Resource Teacher on the 6J Team at BJHS. 

Let me tell you a little about myself.  I live in Bloomington with my husband, Paul, who is a city planner. Our daughter, Jenny, is 23 and graduated from ISU.  She'll be teaching at Kingsley Junior High in the fall.  We  have a funny looking dog named Sprocket, a little dog, Cricket, who thinks she's the queen and a cat named Phelix. 

This is my sixth year at BJHS.  Before that I was a parent facilitator and homeless coordinator for the district.  I worked primarily at Sheridan, Bent, and Irving Elementary Schools.  My experiences include teaching Birth to Three, Pre-K, and LD as well as being a parent educator.

I hope you love being a 6J Tiger at BJHS as much as I do!
