When is the best time to contact teachers?

The best way to contact teachers is through e-mail.  All 7J teachers have an e-mail address found on the 7J main page.  If you would like to speak to one of the teachers you can call 827-0086 Ext. 214 during our team planning time, which is from 2:10-2:45.  Our phone is found in the 7J Team Room, not in our classrooms, so this is really the only time anyone is in the team room.

How do I schedule an appointment with a teacher(s)?

You can set up a meeting with all the 7J teachers by contacting Mr. Stombaugh stombaughm@district87.org or calling the team phone listed above. 

How do I know what my student's assignments are?

Two options: 1) students are to write down their assignments every Monday (or the first day of the week) into their planner which they should have with them at all times or 2) assignments can be found on the 7J webpage by the end of the day on Monday.

How can I check my student's progress or grades?

Three options: 1) check the parent access (a link is found on the main page), 2) contact the team or individual teacher or 3) some teachers post a print-out of grades in the 7J team area on a regular basis

    8:00-8:15 Roundtable

    8:18-9:00 1st Hour Class

    9:03-9:45 E and R Class

    9:48-10:30 2nd Hour Class

    10:33-11:15 3rd Hour Class

August 28th, 2008 @ 7:00pm in the New Gym and will proceed to your child's team are after introductions.
