We are in the middle of the U.S.Constitution

Each student should have a Blue Booklet in his/her possession constantly. Presently, we are up to page 27. We will continue until page 48 and then take the U.S. Constitution Exam.

U.S. Constitution Exam will be on Tuesday, May 18^th.

If your child does not pass it, they will have an opportunity to retake it after school on Thursday, May 20^th. You may pick them up at 4pm.

If your child still does not pass it, they will have a final opportunity to retake it after school on Monday, May 24^th. You may pick them up at 4pm.

As time permits, we will cover Illinois constitution.

We are taking daily notes on the lecture part of the Constitution. Please take a look at your student’s notes and quiz them on it. We will have a quiz weekly on notes taken during class time.

JWe are currently learning the 27 amendments. Your child should know 1-10 (Bill of Rights) now.

We have completed all current events. If your child is missing some current events, they may turn them in for a late grade.
