2) format cells options (right click on cell): border, number, font size/ color, row/ column width

                        copy and paste student information to a new sheet (field trip)
                        change the 'Y' to a 1 with Find and replace function (Control -F)
                        auto sum the column to determine how many are going
                        sort to make lists of who is staying back
