It is possible to create a distribution list of email recipients that can be used by everyone or selected persons across the District 87 network. If you are interested in creating a global distribution list, District 87 technology will create the list. The person requesting the list will be responsible for maintaining list membership (adding and deleting recipients as needed). Please note the following guidelines:

• List must consist of 10 or more recipients

• List must be approved by the building administration

• Anticipated use must be at least once a month

• The building requesting the list must choose a person to maintain list membership

• No custom recipients (users outside District 87 network) can be added to any list - with the exception of District 87 Board of Education members
