I was born and raised in Danville, IL and moved to BloNo to attend Illinois State University. I graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I began teaching at Ridgeview Elementary School in Colfax, IL, where I taught 3^rd and 2^nd grades.

In 2011, I began teaching 2^nd grade at Washington, and have loved every moment of it! This will be my 15^th year teaching. I have always loved to learn, and knew I wanted to become a teacher at a young age. I have a passion for working with kiddos and helping to facilitate learning and growing. It never ceases to amaze me, year after year, how much the students help me learn and grow as well! It just goes to show that it’s never too late to learn new things! I am truly proud to be a Washington Wolf!

My husband, Josh, and I were married in October of 2020. We both love to hang out with our family and friends, spoil all our nieces and nephews, make each other laugh, listen to music, watch movies, and spend time together. Josh is also so proud to be part of our extended Wolf family!
